Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.

4. Replacement Policy
If your return request is approved:

We will replace the product with a new one

If replacement stock is unavailable, we will provide a refund or store credit
Replacements are processed within 3–7 business days.
5. Refund Policy
A refund will be issued only when:

The returned product is approved after inspection

The correct item is out of stock

The order was cancelled before shipping
Refunds may take 3–10 business days, depending on payment method:

bKash / Nagad / Rocket – 1–3 days

Bank Transfer – 3–7 days

Cash on Delivery (COD) – refunded to mobile wallet
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order if:

The order has not been shipped

Payment is not processed yet
Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect → shohoz.store will bear the return shipping cost.

If you change your mind → return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
We do NOT offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.
